This is an easy-to-use Loan Amortization Calculator. This app will give you an advantage when shopping for your next loan. If it is a home loan you are looking for, this app will allow you to input the yearly taxes and insurance amounts. This will give you the total payment, including principal, interest, taxes and insurance. This is also a great app for calculating car payments and private loans. This is a must have app if you are buying a new home or refinancing the loan you already have.
*** UPGRADE to FULL Version for the ability to add additional principal payments. You can add a fixed amount every month or a variable amount at any time throughout the amortization. This will allow you to see the positive effects of paying a little extra. The FULL Version will also let you save your amortization.
